Just back home from a nice week in the mountains. We started up to drive from Oslo to Selen in Sweden.
It was me and Christian Nerdrum from the Ozone team and some other Norwegian friends of ours. We have been out trying to take photos now many times but we never got the right conditions, so we were crossing our fingers and hitting the road to our dear neighbour's mountains.
Again, there was no wind in Sweden, BUT the snowboard park in Selen was in good shape. Two awesome days in the park. I think Christian got some great pictures: but we did not get the kite pictures we were hoping for. Sunday was windless as well so we decided to go and try out the indoor wave in the Trysil Hotel. It is just an hour from Selen and on our way back to the Norwegian mountains, so a clever idea. It is super fun, it is hard to find the balance so you need one hour to sort it out before you go bananas:) You have to try it!
Christian went to Portugal to check the temperature of the water. Hope you get some great sessions. I went to a place called Røros for two days to say hello to my Girlfriend before I went to Haugastol, my sweet home spot. The spot never disappoints me:) I had two super nice days here. At least I got some pictures. Had some crazy kong-fu jumps with the kite under me, I was higher than the kite. Super scary but so fun:) Had a nice Easter party on Saturday, then a long road trip back home yesterday. It took me 9 hours (normally 4, so crazy many cars on the roads. Or is it to many ladies behind the steering wheels ha ha :)
